PEDIATRIC AUDIOLOGYAs a pediatric expert, Dr. Herzfeld was part of the committee selected to develop the Pediatric Board Certification Examination for the American Board of Audiology. Dr. Herzfeld is skilled at anticipating the test procedures needed for each child. Full diagnostic evaluations including auditory processing testing are available.
AMPLIFICATIONFor patients needing amplification, Dr. Herzfeld will guide you through the selection of the most appropriate hearing aid technologies for your hearing loss, lifestyle requirements, and budgetary constraints. TINNITUSFor patients suffering from tinnitus Dr. Herzfeld will perform a comprehensive tinnitus evaluation. Based upon the results of this evaluation, a customized therapy solution will be created, including the latest technologies from leading companies including Widex, Soundcure, Neuromonics, ReSound, General Hearing Instruments and Paxx, and can include treatments such as notched music therapy, combination devices, and maskers.
